Bade Beauty
A nail and beauty studio in İzmir that was running its whole calendar out of Instagram DMs. The site puts the price list in the open and lets people book themselves in - four steps, no phone call, no waiting for a reply.

The brief
Everything lived on Instagram. Prices got sent one by one in DMs, appointments were agreed in messages and written down by hand, and anyone asking after closing time waited until morning for an answer.
The ask was a proper home for the studio: somewhere to send people that answers the obvious questions - what do you do, what does it cost, where are you, when are you open - and then takes the booking without anyone having to type a reply.

An open price list
Hand care, foot care and extras, each with the price next to it. No "DM for prices" - the most common question is answered before it's asked.

A four-step booking flow
Service → specialist → date and time → your details. Up to three services in one visit, and the summary stays visible so nobody loses track of what they've picked.

Turkish first, English second
Written for local customers, with a language switch for everyone else. Both versions are real copy, not machine translation left to rot.

Findable, and fast on a phone
Address, hours and services marked up for search, so the studio turns up when someone nearby looks for a manicure. Nearly every visitor arrives on a phone, so that's what it was built for first.
The result
One link now does the work that a dozen DMs used to. It goes in the Instagram bio, on business cards and in replies, and it answers at 11pm on a Sunday when the studio is closed.
